The art, science and the benefits of chiropractic care have, literally, been a way of life for Dr. Jeff McNown.   Born and raised in a chiropractic family, Dr. McNown is the fourth generation of his family to choose the chiropractic profession, beginning with his great-grandfather in 1914 and continuing on with his grandfather and his father, the latter of whom is currently practicing in California.
After attending Oregon State University and Portland State University, Dr. McNown received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Western States Chiropractic College in 1998 in Portland. The same school where, in 1977, his father also received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree when young Dr. Jeff was just four years old.

In addition to the fulfillment of raising their four sons and one daughter with his wife, Heather, Dr. McNown finds joy in the outdoors, snow skiing and snowboarding in the winters, wakeboarding, hiking, mountain biking and camping in the summers.   He also participates in coaching and mentoring young athletes in his community through involvement in West Linn football, basketball, soccer, baseball, wrestling and track.

 Dr. McNown has had the opportunity to work with veteran and current professional  athletes in the NFL, MLB, WNBA as well as multiple Division I and Division II athletes, where maximum human performance is paramount.  He has also had the privilege of caring for infants and children, patients in the later years of their lives as well as those with chronic and permanent disabilities.  Chiropractic care can, and has, benefitted thousands of individuals who have come through our doors to begin their journey to health through the art and science of chiropractic over the last thirteen years.

Dr. McNown is passionate about his role as a chiropractic physician and has had the privilege and opportunity to care for such a wide range of individuals and their specific health care needs.  From professional athletes to professional musicians, from teachers to students, from grandparents to grandchildren,  McNown Chiropractic Clinic is truly Chiropractic for Generations.
